WASTE AIR PURIFICATION

Typical equipment used for cleaning waste air includes gas scrubbers and droplet separators. These devices are primarily designed for purifying gases extracted from industrial technological processes.

In gas scrubbers, waste air is cleaned using an added liquid, with harmful particles accumulating in the liquid. A commonly used liquid is lime milk. The liquids and gases used for cleaning, as well as the waste gases being cleaned, are often highly corrosive. For this reason, thermoplastics with exceptional corrosion resistance are used.

In droplet separators, the rising waste air in containers is passed through built-in components. Harmful substances are deposited in the form of droplets on these components and accumulate at the bottom of the tank.

In this area as well, the use of thermoplastics offers advantages in terms of high corrosion resistance and long service life. The main criterion for selecting materials is always the specific operating conditions of the equipment.

The materials commonly used include PP-H, PP-C, PE-HD, PE-100, PE-100 RC, PVC-U, and PVDF.

CHEMICAL TUBS FOR INDUSTRY USE

These containers are used for processes such as pickling, phosphating, lime coating, anodizing, or other surface treatments of metal surfaces through immersion or spraying. They can be equipped with additional features such as mixing, locking mechanisms, and covers.

Due to the variety of chemical processes involved, different materials are used in these devices. In our production, we are able to determine the resistance of the selected plastic to the chemicals used at the specified operating temperature. In this field, we primarily utilize high-quality materials from our supplier, Röchling, which offers a wide range of products for the applications mentioned below.

STORAGE AND PROCESS TANKS

The key factors affecting the design and durability of tanks include operating temperatures, duration of exposure, media concentration, and any potential mechanical stress. Due to their properties, plastic tanks are highly suitable for the chemical industry, bulk material storage, liquid fertilizers, and even potable water. We manufacture self-supporting, non-pressure tanks according to the German DVS guidelines. On request, we also offer underground tanks with the option for additional concreting.

Tank fittings can include pumps, level indicators, nozzles and outlets, valves, ladders or steps, inspection openings, skimming, filtration, heating, cooling systems, sensors, and catch basins. The internal space of the tanks can be divided as needed using partitions, overflow weirs, or retaining walls.

AIR HANDLING SYSTEMS MADE OF PLASTIC

Plastic air ducting is increasingly used across all areas of industrial production. It serves to remove air contaminated with harmful substances from buildings and chemical facilities. The key advantages of plastic ducts include long-term durability and guaranteed chemical resistance to all common acids, aggressive vapors, and moisture-laden fumes.

Square and circular ducts are designed for air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems, without mechanical impurities, aggressive vapors, or substances that would promote wear or excessive corrosion of steel or zinc. These ducts are used in standard air handling and technological systems.

Circular and square ducts are manufactured from materials such as PP-C, PP-H, PE-HD, and PVC. Straight sections are produced in standard lengths of 3000mm for circular ducts and 2000mm for square ducts.

AQUAPONIC & HYDROPONICS SYSTEMS

Aquaponics combines fish farming in polypropylene tanks with vegetable growing in plastic pots. Fish produce fertilizer for the plants, while plants filter the water for the fish, without the need for artificial fertilizers or agrochemicals. This closed system includes artificial lighting, air circulation, and water filtration.

Hydroponics involves growing plants in a nutrient solution in polypropylene baths or pots, without soil. It allows for faster growth, fewer diseases, and is ideal for people with allergies. Hydroponics is used for vegetables, fruits, and flowers, with circulating water that is filtered and adjusted for nutrients, pH, and temperature.

The plastic materials used meet European standards for food and water contact. They offer long lifespan, color stability, and easy maintenance. Products are custom-made, often using UV-stabilized polypropylene for durability.
